"How do we spark imagination in someone’s everyday commute?"

Narrative + World:

You are a scavenger in an environment where human society and technology has achieved flight. However, The technology is derived from a mysterious magical force that exists within Leviathan Floating Cities of an extinct race.

The war that ended the ancient races and lost magical technology to history was long ago, and humanity seems to have moved on. They have begun scavenging these leviathan cities for ancient magical technology in order to incorporate it into their own ships.

However, occasionally the wrong relic is taken, and the leviathan will awaken from its slumber. These beasts, once awake, take entire countries to be defeated. 

Experience Goals:

  • Short positive gameplay experience on your daily commute
  • Use location based features to make the act of commuting feel engaging & exciting
  • Use camera-based AR to integrate the commuting experience into the fictional narrative of the game world.

Mechanics:

  • Camera-AR Location based game
    • Find a Leviathan City (METRO BUS)
    • Land your airship on a Leviathan City (GET ON BUS)
    • Scan your Magical Sigil for entrance (TAP CARD)
    • Scavenge for parts before departing (GET OFF BUS) 
  • ADDITIONAL FEATURES
    • Leviathan Cities become Raging (BUS LINE POWERS UP)
    • Team up to destroy Raging Cities (RAID BATTLES)
    • Battle other scavengers you encounter (LOC BASED PVP)
